There is no pro-ration of subscription fees based on the registration, Service Level Change, Billing Date Change or reconnection date. ' Representative' means an independent contractor representative who is a current member of the Company sales force. ' Authorized User' means a user authorized by the Company to use the Application. When used in this Agreement, ' Software' means the computer programs, hosted services and related databases made available to you by the Company, including, without limitation, any customizations, enhancements, updates, upgrades, releases and other modifications, together with the related documentation. ' Application' means the Software, functionality, Company mobile app(s) and website(s), including, but not limited to POL, TurboApps, Virtual Base Shop (' VBS'), and the Primerica App, made available to you. ' POL' means the Primerica Online website ( and the Primerica App, including, but not limited to, their pages, the screens displaying the pages, their functionality, content and arrangement. When used in this Agreement, an ' Affiliate' means any entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Primerica Life Insurance Company and/or Primerica Financial Services Ltd. ' Company' means Primerica Life Insurance Company, Primerica Life Insurance Company of Canada, and all Affiliates of the foregoing entities.
